Location: Northeast Philadelphia, PA

Schedule: School-Based | Daytime Hours

Pay: $43-$48 per hour

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Health and Physical Education, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Holds or is eligible for a valid Pennsylvania teaching certificate with an appropriate Health and Physical Education certification.
  • Completion of a Pennsylvania-approved educator preparation program or an equivalent approved out-of-state preparation pathway.
  • Meets Pennsylvania Department of Education testing and certification requirements for the applicable instructional certification.
  • Strong organizational and instructional planning skills.
  • Ability to adapt physical education instruction and activities for diverse learning needs.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of student information.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto liability insurance.
