Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Health and Physical Education, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
Holds or is eligible for a valid Pennsylvania teaching certificate with an appropriate Health and Physical Education certification.
Completion of a Pennsylvania-approved educator preparation program or an equivalent approved out-of-state preparation pathway.
Meets Pennsylvania Department of Education testing and certification requirements for the applicable instructional certification.
Strong organizational and instructional planning skills.
Ability to adapt physical education instruction and activities for diverse learning needs.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of student information.
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto liability insurance.
