Serving all departments and areas of the company, the Associate Project Manager is responsible for the planning, documentation, and execution of projects and initiatives.  This role creates or assists in the creation of project priorities, plans, documentation, resources, and communication.  Working as a team or individually, cultivates effective relationships, conducts and participates in meetings, and provides logistical project management support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creates and contributes to all forms of project management documentation.
• Assists with information gathering and documentation.
• Follow established processes and shadows project team members to build knowledge and best practices.
• Communicates updates, timelines, and risks to teams and stakeholders.
• Multitasks across many projects and initiatives.
• Participates and contributes to senior leadership meetings and conversations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

 

Required Skills/Abilities

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to independently manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Proactive communication style, and able to provide and receive critical feedback.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and documentation practices.
• Excellent capacity to learn quickly.
• Willingness to travel as necessary (~6 times per year).
• Experience working in pediatric home care is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships and foster positivity.
• The ability to operate general office equipment.
• The ability to maintain confidential information.
• Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexible and adaptable in various situations and when interacting with many different personalities.

 

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times.

Annual Salary Range:

• Full-Time, $50,000.00 to $80,000.00/year
