The Digital Marketing Manager/Director will report directly to the Vice President of Digital Marketing and play a key role in managing all digital marketing channels and initiatives, while also fostering strong relationships with external marketing vendors and internal business leaders. This position requires a strategic thinker and problem-solver with the ability to translate industry best practices into scalable, results-driven marketing strategies tailored to the diverse audiences of Care Options for Kids. Success in this role hinges on strong cross-functional collaboration and exceptional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Execution: Drive the execution of digital marketing tactics across all platforms, ensuring alignment with broader strategies set by senior leadership.
Vendor Management: Oversee and collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure timely and high-quality completion of marketing projects and deliverables.
Content Review & Quality Control: Review, edit, and approve content provided by external partners to ensure brand consistency and strategic alignment.
Performance Analysis: Analyze marketing performance data and present actionable insights to stakeholders to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
Brand Stewardship: Partner with executive leadership to ensure that Care Options for Kids’ mission, values, and culture are consistently reflected across all marketing strategies and communications.
Employer Branding: Serve as a point of contact for business unit leaders on digital marketing strategies pertaining to their business’s success. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to become a trusted advisor and marketing resource across the organization.
Qualifications:
Three to five+ years of hands-on marketing experience in a corporate or agency setting – Healthcare or Recruitment Marketing experience preferred
BA in marketing, communications, or journalism (internship experience is a plus)
Experience in managing omnichannel marketing campaigns from inception to retrospective
Works with a high degree of independence and is a self-starter
Comfortable collaborating across all levels of an organization – from advising senior leaders to directly overseeing junior team members
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills

Annual Salary Range:
Full-Time, $75,000.00 to $82,000.00/year
