Key Responsibilities
• Learn and understand the brand’s mission, services and marketing goals.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Design and prepare digital and print marketing materials for execution across multiple platforms.
• Contribute to the brand’s layout and photography decisions.
• Listen to feedback and revise graphic assets accordingly.
• Propose viable design solutions.
Other Responsibilities:• Support the Care Options for Kids mission of making a difference in the lives of children and families through compassionate, one-to-one pediatric care.
• Maintain the confidentiality of all client, caregiver, employee, and business information.
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and company procedures.
• Use company resources responsibly.
• Report to work as assigned or scheduled timely. Follow procedures for notification of absence or time-off requests.
• Participate in ongoing learning and professional development opportunities.
• Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and a positive attitude while contributing to the COFK Community.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
• Experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Familiarity of design principles and composition.
• Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Portfolio demonstrating design skills and creativity preferred.
• Ability to receive feedback and apply revisions in a timely manner.

• Possess excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
• Demonstrate ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work appropriately in a remote/virtual environment.
