At Care Options for Kids, We are committed to providing the highest possible quality of service and excellence in every way and with integrity in how we do it.We are currently looking for a Client Success Associate for our Centralized Intake Team that shares our dedication to quality and our genuine concern for the comfort and dignity of our clients.
Client Success Coordinator responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Participates in and manages all new patient intakes from pending status to active status which includes communication with patient/and or family members regarding services, rates and community resources.
Performs and oversees authorizations and insurance verification process on new patients which includes verifying Medicaid and insurance benefits
Attends departmental meetings as required.
Participates in Weekly Intake / Talent Acquisitions Team Calls
Performs Quarterly Customer Service Quality Assurance Calls
Performs Data entry of all new intakes into Electronic Health record
Maintains detailed updates of Intakes, provides updates to referral sources, families, and team members
Comprehensive Ability to:
Summarize weekly updates of starts, holds, resumptions, and pending cases
Determine patient needs of Home Health
Maintain awareness of and compliance with Agency state guidelines
Promote good teamwork by working with all departments in a friendly, cooperative environment
Ability to communicate verbally and through written word in a professional manner
Treat and communicate with patients, families, co-workers, referral sources and caregivers with courtesy, respect, and consideration.
Maintain confidentiality of all patient, caregiver, and business information.
Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and guidelines

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Required
Previous experience in Home Health Care.
Strong knowledge of Medicaid and Insurance
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel required.
Must possess strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing expectation
Knowledge of Electronic Health Record, other Medicaid portals preferred.
Must be able to solve complex problems and function effectively in a stressful work environment.
Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
