We are seeking a trusted and nurturing Pediatric Care Consultant who can establish and maintain partner relationships with new and existing physicians, case managers, and referral sources while providing superior communication. What you'll be doing:

  • Work with families and community members both virtually and in person to provide guidance on programs designed to improve patient outcomes.
  • Implement sales/marketing plan for all company product/service offerings.
  • Maintain up-to-date information, as needed, on specifically assigned competitors including pricing, census, product information, and marketing strategies.
  • Ensure that administration maintains up-to-date key account records including background, contact history, objectives, referral trends, etc.
  • Responsible for census development through the implementation of external and internal sales & marketing programs with both existing and new accounts.
  • Perform sales calls with Account Executives on a routine basis.
  • Provide input and advice concerning advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media and direct mail.

What you need to have:

  • High School diploma required; college degree in marketing or business preferred.
  • 2+ years experience in marketing, customer relations, or pediatric home health.
  • Ability to build credibility quickly and build relationships to nurture and maintain strong relationships with the clinicians in the territory.
  • Possession of a valid state Driver's License with reliable transportation and applicable car insurance, or reliable transportation available to timely make appointments as assigned.
  • Travel is Required

Annual Salary Range:

  • Full-Time, In-Field:
    • $52,000 - $57,000 with potential for bonus. *Compensation dependent on experience.
  • Territory:
    • San Marcos to Georgetown, Austin 78727
